- Calculation of personal income tax advances and ZUS contributions.
- Registering employees for social and health insurance.

4. Holiday and Leave Management:
- Maintaining records of employee leave, including annual leave, maternity leave, and parental leave.
- Handling sick leave (L4) and preparing required documents for ZUS.
- Providing advice on labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Support regarding work regulations, remuneration, and the company’s HR policy.
- Preparing reports on employment, remuneration, and labor costs.
- Analysis of employment and payroll costs for expenditure optimization.
- Representing the company before ZUS, tax authorities, and other institutions in HR and payroll matters.
- Participation in HR and payroll inspections and audits.
